Yoga practice is a holistic experience. It engages the body, energies, emotions, and mind to develop a clear awareness of the present moment. Represent a general openness and increased awareness, and a letting of the common preoccupation with daily life thinking. It opens the space to acknowledge the moment as such, without expectation or judgment. The aim of the practice is to cultivate and to prolong these neutral moments of awareness during the practice. The presence is consciously evoked at the begging of each asana session, and repeatedly recalled on during and after asana. To be fully in the presence moment the only moment where life exists.
Yoga practise include: calm down, meditation, work with the breath, body warm-up, strengthening and stretching exercises, relaxation, rest.
What can we achieve and why do we practice yoga?
Yoga practice strengthens the body, letting our mind calm down, increase our concentration, leading us to conscious life. Overcoming our weaknesses, limitations on the mat teaches us how to deal with them in everyday life.Yoga allows us to get out of the so-called 'comfort zone' that helps us to know our weaknesses, face them, understand them, and then let them go.

During healthy movement classes, we concentrate on stretching and making all muscles more flexible. I focus on strengthening the muscles without over-building them. It is also important to let go of daily stress, and calm the mind, relax the body, improve posture, and relieve the spine.
